Searching Youtube 09.17.24


Have you ever tried searching something on youtube and get minimal results for something you feel like there should be more of? Well that has been me, more than once. Most recently, I was looking for guitar tabs for Type O Negative’s song Angry Inch. I searched Type O Negative Angry Inch guitar tabs, Angry Inch Type O Negative guitar tabs, and Angry Inch ton guitar tabs. You know how many results there were? Two. There were three the other day but when I searched again before writing this there were three, somehow one entire result has disappeared. But more so to the point, how are there this few results? The song was released in 2003 and they’re trying to tell me that in that time only three youtube videos were made about it. I find that hard to believe. Looking up just the song itself only comes up with three videos before moving on to other songs by them. Maybe there are in fact that few videos and I’m just complaining about nonsense. I just feel like Youtube has changed so much from what I remember it.
